As spa director at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Shannon Stringert oversees the creation, customization and delivery of a world-class spa experience at Sahra Spa & Hammam. In his role, Stringert develops and maintains all spa, salon, beauty and fitness offerings to uphold The Cosmopolitan’s commitment to modern luxury services. Prior to his current position, Stringert enjoyed a successful six-year run with Caesars Palace Las Vegas including a pivotal role as the director of spa operations at Qua Baths & Spa. Under his leadership, Qua Baths & Spa earned several esteemed accolades including multiple awards from SpaFinder and being ranked as the top spa in Las Vegas in Condé Nast Traveler’s 2013 Reader’s Pool of Top 100 Resort Spas in the U.S.
Stringert currently serves on the board of directors for the Las Vegas Spa Association (LVSA). Prior to receiving a spa manager dedication award from the LVSA in 2011, he was named a 2010 Rising Star Award recipient from the Las Vegas Business Press and received the SpaFinder Readers’ Choice Award for favorite spa manager in 2009. A native of Hawaii, Stringert holds a business administration degree from the University of San Francisco.
